About Me.
Music helped me work through my emotions during my teen and young adult years. I was a very shy individual who preferred to deal with issues on my own. I found myself retreating to our basement pulling out the vinyl and indulging in long sessions of reflection. Analyzing the lyrics, vocals and instrumentation helped soothe the pain of what I was going through. Facing what I felt and releasing whatever was hurting always made me feel better afterwards. I thought it may be helpful to others.
